When will my order ship?

In-stock items will ship in 2-3 days. You will receive a notification with a tracking # when your order is on the way!

Why did my order arrive in two different shipments?

All Gift Items are shipped directly from the Shedd Aquarium Gift Store while all apparel and accessories ship from the Colorado warehouse.

When there are two shipments or a back order shipment do I get charged for shipping twice?

No, we only bill the flat shipping rate or expedited rate one time, you will not be charged extra for split shipments or back orders.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.

**MASKS ARE NON-RETURNABLE**
